Just had John and 2 of his men to fix my garden fence that had been blown down. Icannot recommend them highly enough. They were prompt and worked continuously all day. They were mindful of my home, put down ground sheets everywhere. The cost was extremely reasonable. The work has been completed to a high standard. Already booked him for another job in the Spring.

He gave a good quote and a time frame to come and fix it with another job that i hired him for.
Worked well and cleanly and seems to have done a trick.

Spent a day with another worker repainting the house and then spraying a layer of sealant on all the exterior walls of the house.

John has his team did an outstanding job painting the front of my house and refreshing my kitchen. When John came to provide a quote for the work he noted several other areas that would enhance the appearance of the house. He included these in the price quoted which was competitive. The team of decorators that arrived were very polite and tidy in their work. They worked extremely hard. What really struck me was their customer centred approach which entailed ensuring that I was happy with what they were doing and the results. Nothing was too much trouble. My house looks better than it ever has so, I would certainly recommend them very highly. I plan to call on Benson’s again for other jobs. I know I can trust them to do a quality job at a fair price.

Benson Home Care proved to be very competitive, quoting me the best price by far. They were able to start with just a couple of days notice, and managed to get the entire job finished in just one day, with four men working at once. When I noticed a few minor issues, John was very accommodating and came round himself to sort them out for me, and now the exterior of my building looks great! I was amazed at the speed of which they got the job done, considering other tradesmen had said they would need a week or more. I would not hesitate to recommend Benson Home Care and have already passed their details to another local business, and will use them again myself in future when the need arises.

Benson Home Care provided external repair and painting for a 1890’s house which had been badly neglected and required significant work. At the front of house there are 2 large bay windows, a kitchen window, a door surround with decorative pillars and the dampcourse. These were all repaired, flaking paint removed and the surfaces striped down, PVA bonding was applied, the areas sanded down and primer and undercoat applied. A number of coats of Dulux Weathershield were then applied. The front door was also painted.
In addition Benson’s made good 8 wooden window frames, tiled the entrance step and replaced guttering at the rear of the property.
The company responds to enquiries quickly and efficiently, provides a quality service using branded products at a fair price and addresses and resolves any issues that may arise. It is not an understatement to say they have transformed this property.

I employed John Sheridan of Benson Home Care to paint the front of my home, walls up to eaves of roof. Using weather shield emulsion paint & wooden beams, window frames, front door/porch in gloss. He was thorough in processing the task, by sanding, priming, undercoating & painting in a conscientious manner, He used his expertise to explain the process daily. As to the quote unsure how competitive the price was, my knowledge of going rate for this type of work is unknown to me. However, his professionalism tells me the work was satisfactory.

We were impressed with John when viewing for the quote, he’d noticed things that other companies hadn’t and included them in the quote as extras. Plus reassured us we were in good hands.

John arrived as planned to give a competative quote. He seemed to know what he was talking about and made some reasonable suggestions. He suggetsed it was a 2-3 day job with 1-2 men on the job.
He arrived on time on day one and his man worked non stop all day. The next day John text me at 7am saying the forecast is a lot of rain so not ideal to paint today and he will be in touch on the next dry day. It did rain all day. The next I i called John at 7.30 to ask if he was coming, he was already on route and brought a team of 3 men for the job to ensure the job was finished within time.
The work was clean and to a good standard. The house looks great and already people have commented what a good job it was.
I would definitaly hire John again.
